Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy for Enroot Cosmetics:

At Enroot, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our Premium and Luxury Cosmetics. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on https://www.enroot.shop/ can be returned. 

  1. We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product/s).
  2. We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
  3. Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 8-10 business days.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value of INR 699, and for all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional charge of INR 120 will be applied at the time of checkout. After the placement of your order, your package will reach your doorstep in 7-10 business days.

Cash On Delivery:

No extra charges will be implied on cash-on-delivery orders. Before processing your COD (cash on delivery) order further, we will call you to confirm the order you have placed. If we are unable to get in touch with you within 8 days from the date of placement of the order, your order will automatically get canceled.                   

Cancellations:

When you place an order it can be canceled on the same day (within 24 hours) by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@enroot.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
